Choosing the best environment for your child is very important. At Avalon Children's Montessori School, we believe this decision should not be taken lightly, by the family or by the school.
Interested families should:
Early applications are advised. Space is limited and your child may be placed on a waiting list. Once a spot is available that suits your needs, a School Director will contact you for an observation and/or interview. Observations are scheduled for adults only and are a mandatory component of the registration process.

The Casa program is for children 2 1/2 to 6 years. We offer Casa at each campus, 31 Wood Glen Road and 2181 Queen St. E. However, due to licensing regulations, children must be at least 3.8 years of age to be enrolled at the Beach campus.
New Casa students begin in September or January. Children must be toilet-trained upon commencement of school.
The Elementary program consists of Lower Elementary, ages 6 to 9, and Upper Elementary, ages 9 to 12. Senior School is for children ages 12 to 14 years.
All Elementary and Senior students are required to wear a school uniform. We believe a uniform instills respect for self, for peers and for the learning environment. A uniform eliminates stereotypes among peers.
Please enclose copies of final school reports for the previous year including any reports from the current year when forwarding an application for the Elementary or Senior School program.
